Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. While we do not accept returns for refunds, we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

 * Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date you received your order.

 * Condition of Item: The product(s) you wish to exchange must be in unused and original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

 * Inspection Process: Upon receiving your exchange request and the item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the above conditions.

 * Exchange Approval: Only after a successful inspection will your exchange be approved.

 * Exchange Options: Approved exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability) or for another item of equal or lesser value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
